The main goal of the project for this model home in Bella Collina was to create a space that was not only contemporary, but also warm and inviting. The eclectic style is present where sleek wood slat panels meet wood beams, and bold black accents are balanced with neutral tones, gold metals and leather textures that were utilized to bring warmth and coziness to the living space. This elegant use of materials and color palette culminated in a dream kitchen that has won the Blue Ribbon Award for best kitchen in the Parade of Homes Orlando 2023. As the design flows from one room to another, the entire home becomes a cohesive and well-crafted space, where beauty and function go hand in hand.
